Probably moles. During the winter these little guys borrow deep to stay warm, but as soon as the weather breaks in early spring they come up to the subsurface to tunnel and feed. This is our most inclusive and pro-active program. We will make 8 monthly service stops to your property from April through November.
In addition to Slow Release Fertilizer, this program will help control the most common lawn problems such as Broad Leaf Weeds,
Crabgrass, Damaging Insects, and Lawn Diseases. Even a Core Aeration will be done to improve root development.
Being on your lawn monthly allows us to control common problems proactively, instead of treating the problem after it has already caused damage.
- Please note this PREMIUM program is not a cure for every possible turf problem. Pre-existing conditions and poor environmental conditions such as Undesirable Grasses, Drought, Heavy Shade, Thatch Problems and Poor Soil Conditions are all examples of lawn problems not covered by this program.
- PREMIUM program is available only for half acre properties or smaller.
- Monthly fee is the same every month, no matter what service or control material is applied.
STANDARD "PLUS" ~Best Value~
The STANDARD "PLUS" is our best value program. It includes 5 applications during the growing season.
This program includes Slow Release Fertility, Broad Leaf Weed Control and Crabgrass Preventer. In addition,
Core Aeration and a Grub Control treatment will be performed at their most effective times of the season.
Both the Core Aeration and the Insect Control services are discounted 20% from normal cost.
STANDARD ~Covers the Basics~
The STANDARD program includes 5 treatments during the growing season.
Your lawn receives Slow Release Fertility, Broad Leaf Weed Control and Crabgrass Preventer.
MODIFIED PROGRAMS ~Ideal for Acreage Lots~
Great option for large property owners. You can choose between 4, 3 or even 2 treatments per year.
These treatments consist of Slow Release Fertility and Broad Leaf Weed Control.
- Please note we cannot guarantee season long Broad leaf weed control with the modified programs. Also, only the existing weeds at time of treatment are controlled.
